We work across the FBK-Digital Society Center’s research units and administrative offices, assisting and managing local, national and European projects and providing guidance and support to maximize efficiency, optimize results and reduce costs. Our goal is to build and maintain transparent, predictable, and repeatable project management processes to collaborate with researchers.
IDENTIFICATION OF EU, NATIONAL AND LOCAL FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES
We hold long-lasting experience with EU, national and local funding opportunities that fit with the FBK Digital Society Center’s research objectives and priorities. Typical funding programmes we work with include: H2020, Horizon Europe, Interreg, CERV programme, ISF programme, AMIF programme, JUST programme, EIT-Digital KIC, EIT-Climate KIC, UIA, FESR, Legge 6.
WRITING PROPOSALS
We have a meaningful experience in writing proposals, both as coordinator, thus setting-up and guiding large consortia during the proposal preparation phase, as well as as a partner, participating actively to the idea generation and writing phase, and coordinating the FBK research units involved in providing expected contributions.
MANAGING LARGE COLLABORATIVE PROJECTS
We work closely with all FBK-DigiS Research Units to manage the different phases of the project lifecycle: project initiation, project execution, project monitoring and controlling and project closing. The PMG Team takes care of the technical and administrative project management, and of the relations with local and international stakeholders, as well as with the funding authorities.
COMMUNICATION AND DISSEMINATION OF PROJECT RESULTS
We have acquired solid competences and large experience in communicating, disseminating and transferring skills and knowledge from research projects to citizens, stakeholders, media and international interlocutors. Moreover, we rely on our large network of academia, public administration and industry partners to spread and valorize our projects’ results.
